Kunst Charity Projekte
Als Künstlerin habe ganz besondere Projekte in Arbeit, die mir sehr am Herzen liegen. Diese Werke beziehen sich auf aktuelle oder ausgewählte Themen, die in meinen Skulpturen umgesetzt bzw. verarbeitet werden. Ziel ist es, beim Betrachter Bewußtsein zu schaffen und zum Nachdenken anzuregen.
Den Verkaufserlös spende ich vollständig an eine Hilfsorganisation.

The sculpture represents the weakness, the vulnerable with its wooden branches, the symbol for nature and sensitivity. The welded metal branches are a symbol of strength and confidence of the people who care and support: as a whole this is a symbol of hope!

Wings of Shelter and Hope, Unicorn Philanthropy /USA
Charity Projekt Krebshilfe
As an artist, I support very special projects that are close to my heart and touch me. When I met Drs. Bryan Gawley and Heather St. Peter I have been impressed by their fantastic initiative Unicorn Philanthropy, the idea of improving people’s lives and empowering others to do the same.
I felt the weakness, the vulnerable looking for protection, but there was also a sense of power and energy from all these people who are driven by their passion to help! “Wings of shelter and hope” represents this in form of two wings. The smaller one, withdrawn, seeking protection and the raised one, full of strength and confidence. We carry both within us!

Die unglaublichen Wassergewalten, die durch den Hurrikan Irma freigesetzt wurden, sind durch die Metallelemente symbolisiert. Das Mangroven-Holz im oberen Teil der Skulptur stellt die Vergänglichkeit dessen dar, was der Mensch geschaffen hat und einfach durch die enormen Wassermassen weggerissen wurde.
